what is the best way to rig a power iverter for my truck.I'll need to run 120volt/ 1000watt E-Z pull. Should it be wired to the battery?

YES, by all means.. Allways wire inverters to the battery.

What is an "EZ pull"?

1000w/12v= 84 amps

Wow that is a load for auto with approx +-50amps reserve at rate speed!! Good luck.

Always fuse the positive side as close to battery as you can.

Sorry,it's a PULLZALL.The main use I have in mind is loading game.That should not strain the unit to max amps.Thanks D.cooper

Sounds like you should be fine even at max. I would Check your inverter and make sure it is approved for inductive loads.
