If I am in a stand, I use one of the ryobi lights with the rechargeable batteries. It is the type that comes with their drills, saws, etc.
Since it is flat on the bottom, and it is tall, it sits just right in the stand, which has a shelf that is just below the window.
The light housing itself rotates upward and sideways, which also helps.
The feeder is about 60 yards away, so I don't have to shine the light directly on the feeder.
The light from the periphery of the main beam works plenty good with binoculars and a rifle scope.

Sniper Hawg Lights are the best bow lights you can get.

[CENTER]My friends and I like the Stabalight - the proof is in the pictures...

ARCHERY AFFLICTION
STABALIGHT
"CREATING SUCCESS"

Please see the attached photo of two SC gators we took down last week with your light. I'm on the right with a 9'3" gator and (my uncle) Jim Crighton on the left with an 8'8". I shot mine first and after he saw how bright that light was, he had to put it on his bow so we could complete the double dinosaur smackdown. Thanks for putting out an awesome product!!!!!
Kyle Harrar

ALOHA,
STRAIGHT UP YOUR STABALIGHT PRODUCT IS AWSOME! HERE ON THE BIG ISLAND OF HAWAII ITS PRETTY EASY TO SPOOK THE WILD HOGS USING REGULAR FLASH LIGHTS, BUT LAST NIGHT I TRIED IT AND TOOK THIS 120LB WILD SOW AT 18 YARDS. SIMPLE PRESSURE SWITCH MADE IT VERY EASY TO QUICK FLASH THE HOGS; I USED THE RED LENS AND TO MY SURPRISE DIDNT SPOOK THEM ONE BIT. BEING THAT THE LIGHT IS VERY POWER FULL CAN BE SEEN GOOD 100 YARDS. I TOOK THE SHOT AND HERE IT IS. THE QUALITY IS CHERRY AND THE SHIPPING WAS REALLY FAST. TO ANY ONE THINKIN ABOUT GETTING A HOG LIGHT FOR THERE BOW THIS IS ALL YOU'LL NEED

MUCH MAHALO/ THANKS TO ARCHERY AFFLICTION FOR THIS SOLID PRODUCT. .

SINCERELY, TONY KILAKILA TOLENTINO ( BROTHERS IN ARCHERY CLUB)

I wasn't gonna tell anyone this but I guess I will. The other night when we went fishing I left my plastic dry box sitting in front of the generator's exhaust and it got so hot that it melted a big hole in the side of my dry box. Well I had some expensive items in that dry box..... my Garmin Nuvi GPS, my digital multimeter, my .45cal sig, and last but not least, my Stabalight! Well, it got so hot that it melted my multimeter (screen and both leads) , turned the screen on my gps black, and melted another light that I had in there. To make a long story short, my Stabalight still works like new. The light was so hot that I couldn't touch it! I was pretty impressed with the quality of the Stabalight!

PS. Shane I hope this little admission won't void my warranty!

I just bought a couple of lights from you and took it out tonight using the green lens. A couple of Grim Reaper tipped arrows launched from my Bowtech Air Raid and these were the results. Now a bunch of my buddies wanna get lights too. Really appreciated the fact that you didn't overcharge for shipping cause I live in Hawaii. Much Mahalo! Aloha, Steevo

My team and I started using the Stabalight religiously for shooting bighead and silver carp. It is amazing to see the difference between a regular old spot light and the Stabalight. The Stabalight really makes the fish stand out or even glow in the water and they do not seem to spook or sink as fast. Team Midnight Addiction, and I would like to thank Archery Affliction for creating a great tool to aid in having a great time and putting more fish in the boat!
Thanks Again!

Just wanted to say thanks again for such a great product. I recognized the quality of your light when I first picked it up but had no idea that it would work so well. We were hog hunting in Texas east of Houston and the hogs were very nocturnal. We would not have been able to hunt without the use of your lights. I ended up getting this big boar hog on the second night. He came in to my setup and lingered around for quite a while before I had the right angle on him at 17 yards. I drew my bow and put the pin close to where I thought it should be and then hit the switch on my light. It threw a red light onto the hog that made it look like he was in broad daylight and he never even got nervous. I took my time with the aiming and let fly. It was a perfect hit. I never had any more chances at hogs on the short trip but my buddy got one using your light as well but did not get photos of the light very well. We all shot coons using the lights as well. They are illegal to use here in Montana for big game but I will be trying the local coons, coyotes and jackrabbits at night so I will hopefully send more pics. Thanks again.

This is the light I use. I will say it's a great light. Batteries do last a long time and it's pretty bright considering how small it is and that it runs on 3 AAA batteries.

Customer service is the best I've ever seen. I really use and abuse my light and they send me free replacement parts super fast. Maybe I should hunt less? Nahh LOL

My friend bough a different light sniper maybe? It's brighter which would be good for longer shots but I would be afraid it would spook the game..It's more of a non adjustable flood light.
