 How many are hunting Late Season this yr?

I need a doe for late season jerkey. Never hunted this late. We are going jan 15-17th. Mainly to close out the lease.

I didn't think there were any deer in Denton County...LOL I'll be out both weekends removing a few mouths.

Since I didnt get a look at anything with a good head gear this season I to will be out to pop some doe this week .

I am tagged out but I want to take my son to my buddies place for the late season if I can work out a date
We bailed on our place near Columbus
hunted HARD and only saw/shot one buck
go to my buddies place near Goldthwaite and get 3 does and a nice buck in one day!
Hopefully our new lease will be MUCH better next season

Definitely be out. Will miss next weekend - have been out almost every weekend since Oct 1 (not to mention it is supposed to be around 15 degrees next weekend) but will make final weekend.

Already got meat in the freezer, so I don't plan on taking anything but will still be fun to get out in the woods for two extra weeks we didn't have last year.

Have a spike I've been trying to kill for 2 years that I want to take out. Looking at the game cameras, he has reproduced pretty well the last couple of years (two more who look alot like him).
Actually took two shot at him 10 days ago and missed. I'd dropped my gun out of the stand that morning when the strap broke as I reached the top of the ladder (rivet just fell out). It's sighted now.
