i am looking for a lease partner for me and my cousin and possibly one other guy for around south tx area. we are looking for someone who is willling to spend up to 2000 dollars and is notgoing to kill anything that walks out as we all have other ranches to hunt for meat...we are trying to make a some what managed ranch and be able to hunt hogs and varmits too. we do not have high expectations on size of place we figure prob smaller than 400 acres or bigger depending on number of hunters

Can you clarify? You want someone to pay $2000 but not shoot anything except hogs and varmints?

Keep me updated. I will not be back in the country from China until mid January and would definitely be interested in something in south Texas. Once again, really depends on the particular rules of the lease.
