Got this in an e-mail this morning. It's from the internet, so take the location and story with a grain of salt. Still one heck of a buck though....

This Buck was killed Saturday morning south of Junction,TX this past weekend. It was killed on a low fence ranch south of IH10 off of US83. It has 22 scoreable points but has not been officially scored. The hunters lease is only 12 acres which makes this a truly amazing trophy. He had been seeing this buck for over three years and has been feeding extensively.

Saw this 2-3 years ago and it was killed in Illinois or somewhere up north when I got it.

Usually what happens is some guy will try to fool his hunting buddies into believing a buck was killed somewhere. However before he can tell them they've been duped they have forwarded that email onto a million people and that's how internet legends are born.

He was a toad, regardless of when and where he was shot!

i hunted south of junction last week i didn't see anything like that. i wish i would have though. lol

My wife has developed quite the eye for hunting blinds whenever we head up the I10 that way. Sure is pretty country...
