On a feeder with a photo-eye,which way should the eye face?
All I ever had was the one's with programmable timers, the box and instuctions have everything except which way to face the photo-eye, so what is standard?
Thank-you for your time

Never used one but I think that I would point it south just like I do with my solar panels.

Last year I use a Photocell feeder.I removed the photo-eye and put in a timer. The photocell worked great in the evenings but not so good in the mornings. Always went off to late.

Why are you still talking, I stopped listening a long time ago!!

Ive had it in the attic for 3or4 years, got it after
season over half price, I had the chance to hunt
between Seguin and Stockdale this year so I put it out!
My other place is in the town of Medina, that feeder
is digital,with a remote that I can set-off when I want!
