I know some people have already said this isn't a good place to find a lease, oh well. I would like to find one for next year if anyone knows of any openings. If ya'll hear of anything let me know.

I'm in Conroe, too, and want to find something within 30 minutes drive as I've found that's necessary to keep from dreading the drive-time. Let me know if you hear of anything, too.

Conroe here too. Keep me in mind. I'm always looking for a place to hunt close to home.

Heck, there's deer and woods all around here. If we had the right connections we could find a place within 5-10 minutes drive! It's just a matter of getting a matchup.

I live in Cut-N-Shoot. I have thought about getting on a paper company lease aroung Cleveland but that many people with guns scare me!

My lease is 3 hours away. I would like to have a 2nd place close by.

Thanks, but that's pretty far away from Conroe. As for too many people with guns, I used to feel that way but have come to believe these multi-member "hunt clubs" are the way to go in East Texas. With so many members, you'll have plenty of eyes to keep watch on things and keep the poachers away. Generally, there are good rules in place to keep hunters from endangering each other.

It's not as far as I thought. To Livingston is 1 hour. I'll give them a call. Thanks.

Look up all your local Timber Companies and get on the waiting list and ask for the President of the clubs number and contact them. I run a timber lease in Moscow right out of Livingston but at this time do not know how many of my members will leave this year if any do.
