Hunting is more to me than Antlers on the wall. It's more about the memories you make, and sharing those memories with friends, and family.

AWESOME! CONGRATS! He's talented AND good looking! Also, thanks for showing that this can be done! We breed & train Lab pups and see them retrieve at just 5 weeks old. Folks don't believe it til they see it, but by 4 months of age, our Lab pups are completing water retrieves to hand. They graduate from our Jump Start academy when they pass three in-field tests at about 5 to 6 months of age. Seeing is believing... our current pups and videos of prior academy grads are on YouTube and our website! You have some beautiful pups. Thanks for the nice comments. We do have some haters around here. It's nice to see there are more real dog lovers than haters.

no haters at all. I have labs and have always had labs. Ran my labs in hunt test and Field Trials and hunt with them alot. Just dont know why people call them silver and white when they are chocolate and yellow. I hope your pup turns out great and I am sure it will. I just think the color is strictly to sell them for more money when it is still the same dog

You may have a point? It's kinda like why some people drive one brand car over another. I wanted a uniquely colored breed of dog, found what I wanted, and bought it. I did my research, found a great breeder that cares about the hunting/retrieving/health and intelligence. They produce dogs that have all these traits and more. I may have prematurely jumped to defend Scout. If so I apopogize, but I have been talked down to over my choice of pet. On here and on another forum. If you breed dogs, I'm sure you want the best results you can get. I don't breed,,,,yet. I just bought the best genetics I could afford, with the color we wanted. Just as simple as that. BTW Scout will be used to further enhance the species. When he has completed traing and is old enough, of course.
