I am going to sign up for concealed carry classes sometime in January. The only Handgun I have is the smith and wesson model 681 Revolver. I have always liked the sig. I am a big guy with big hands. Which sig would you suggest for concealed carry? Any information is appreciated.

239, my personal favorite. I prefer the 9mm over any others, simply because of a thinner slide than the 40's and 357's. If your really serious about concealed carry, you should look at the smaller 380's and 32's, they don't have as much power as the 9mm, but their far easier to conceal.
Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.

It really depends on how you plan to carry it. Concealed carry means different things to different people.
Overall, there are two schools of thought. #1, carry plenty. #2 make sure its comfortable to carry or it will be in the car or at home when you need it. Find a balance.
I am a big guy too, and in jacket weather can easily carry a P226. I also carry a P228 some too (shh, don't tell the 226, she's the jealous type, nad my only love outside the marriage). If its warmer, then its down to P230 (232 currently) 380. If its shorts and casual, then a fanny pack or backpack can carry about anything. Dress clothes, hot weather, its a titanium smith 38 special.

I was thinking of buying 2 concealed carry handguns. I thought maybe one would be a .380 the other maybe a 40 s&w or a .45. not sure I have owned 3 9mm's before just thinking I might need the extra punch of a .45.
