Man I have been running around like crazy getting everything ready-grocery store, academy (for things that I already have...) Had to go to gymnastics with my little girl get tires for the trailer, went to Dick's to buy corn (4.99$) Customers still calling like crazy (they don't realize it's the opener!!)

How come we have months and months to get ready and then all of a sudden it's here and I have no time to sit down for a half a second? Am I the only one?

I am all packed and ready to go . I am suppose to leave work at 1:00 but it is looking like 11:00 now .
I would also like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a great and safe hunting season . I will be looking forward to some good stories and pictures from you .
I also would like to thank my most beautiful and wonderful wife for putting up with me the last 2 weeks and for all she has done helping me be ready to hunt. . She has done all the shopping , batteries and charging all the electronics , down loaded music and packed and filled up my truck .
Now that I have read this it kinda sounds like she is trying to get rid of me .

man.. it is going to take for ever for 1 o'clock to get here today. had a hard time sleep as is; excited.

This is going to be one lllllooooooooonnnnnngggggggg day for some of us. But i think i need a bigger truck for all the stuff i need to take but don't want to leave up there from last W/E

i think i may have made some customers mad cause i am taking up a couple of parking spots with my truck and trailer and it is friday which can get busy

Leaving after work today. Have some friends with a son station out at Ft Hood. They called me since our ranch is close to there and asked if he could come hang out to get away from base for the weekend. Heck yeah, it's an honor. Ranch rules won't let me put a guest on a deer, but I'm gonna set him up for hogs and Yotes. Too bad he can't bring some of the good toys from base so we can go out at night...
