Took a ham from my first pig and put it up on the smoker for a couple of hours. Then, I slow cooked it in the crook pot covered in various things, making sure the liquid completely covered the ham. Cooked it overnight and it was falling apart the next morning. Took it out hot, shredded it with a couple of forks. Poured BBQ sauce all over it and my family fell in on it "like a bunch of hogs" pun intended. It was great. Even shared some with a hunting buddy of mine. There was more than enough to go around.

Be kind with your words, thankful to your Creator and generous with the meat from your hunt.
