Wife came home from her doctor appt and boy, was she annoyed. Said we were gonna have to fix things. All concerned, I found she had gained 10# and her cholesterol went up slightly. Whew! I have to up my salads and veggies, and cut back on any delicious desserts for a while. Tough but I'll try.
