1911 problem HELP!!!

So I decided to pull out the right side of my ambi safety, to make room for my crimson trace grips, and all he77 broke loose.

Nothing fell out, but upon reassembly, my slide would not go back on to the frame. The slide barely makes it to the hammer. I went ahead and yanked the barrel, guid rod and spring out, still the same issue.

Anyone know what could be happening?
