txtrophy85 Veteran Tracker Reged: 08/12/05 Posts: 3327 Loc: San Antonio Re: M4-Field report       06/29/08 09:06 PM Edit   Reply   Quote   Quick Reply   i was shooting remington/umc 55 grain fmj. the piglet caught it in the side of the head and it was lights out. the sow took one in the hindquarter and another in the head, she flopped around and finally gave up the ghost. with the umc ammo, its pretty accurate. one coon i got in the face at 130 yds. from now on, unless i'm deer hunting, all my pig hunts will take place with the m-4. just picked up some ballistic tips, so that should make for some explosive fun! -------------------- Modern day head hunter Post Extras
