The one thing I can tell you is that I was told the price on the 900 acres is $11.00 an acre. As to how many hunters they are wanting and any management guidelines, that is something you will need to discuss with the person that I am listing the contact for. These properties, if the one in baylor county comes open are both really good and there are some really great bucks, 150 class and larger in these areas. Contacting me, for info other than just what I have observed over the years and on two doe hunts in an adjoining pasture this past season are only going to delay finding out real information about what the set up will be. As I stated earlier, I have known this gentleman and his family fior 40 years, maybe a little longer, and I can remember when he and his business partner leased some of these properties. They have been heavily involved in managing for quality deer on these places, and I have seen the results of that effort. To save your time, please, contact the address given.
