Okay i need a budget professinal so that i can buy some land to. I do not understand any of the stuff that it takes to buy land. Though i dont have the money just yet i would like to know what i need to do to start. I make about 40K and the wife makes close to 30K we have a new home-$490/mnth and i have 1 yr left on my truck-$390 and rhino-$210 and her car- $380 and elect and groceries and such. So how do i budget to get some land in the future. I am young 25 and want to save to get land in the family to pass down for hunting because at the rate texas is going that may be the only way my son will be able to enjoy the outdoors like i do.
