The legs are fairly light steel, but plenty strong. The windows are kind of small about 2 feet wide by about a foot tall. The floor of the blind it 10 feet high, and it is very stable, and comfortable. You will need to buy a seat of some kind for it, I don't think any blinds come with seats. I used a pedestal for a boat seat, and mounted the most comfortable boat seat I could find. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.
