This is for a combo Javi and varmint night calling. 2 1/2 days, 2 nights with lodging. We provide our own meals and drinks. Taking 8 THF members. Bow only for Javis, and rifle for the calling. ONE Javi per hunter, and unlimited varmints on the calling. This will be a January hunt. Friday, saturday and sunday hunt. $225.00 per person. Send deposits to the below address, and make checks or money orders payable to Trent Huckaby. $100.00 dollar non refunable deposit to hold your spot. Remainder in cash at time of hunt($125.00)

Has anyone been to this place before? More or less Javi's at this place versus the Calaghan? Is Far west Texas, where this place is, is it much different terrain than by Laredo?

I went out with Roy a few months ago and got my first Javis. We saw alot of Javi and had opertunities at more than one. It is a good place. Its not too far out west just right I think. A little south east of Ft. Stockton. It is alot different terrain than Laredo, it is typical West Texas Terrain. I have never been to Calaghan so can't compair but Roy runs a top notch operation and is a great guy to hunt with. I am sure some others that hunted with LSTO will chime in to the same. I know if you book you wouldn't be disappointed. Thats my two cents and I am a little loyal to LSTO. Take Care Jeff

I will vouch for the man as well..
We went on the hunt last April.. I was one of the 3 people who bagged one.. But that weekend was crazy. It was raining and 40 degrees the first night I think..
Javis could definitely not be patterned that weekend.
Trent and the family are super people. That bobcat Lily is pretty cool too..

I just found this thread...I'll vouch for LSTO as well! Awesome place, lots of game and most of all great people. Roy, Trent and Mrs. Huckaby, are great hosts. I'm gonna go again sometime when I get a chance!

last year 6 out of 13(i think) bowhunters got a javi with LSTO. but some of us didnt hunt, cough to much whisky cough.
if i dont get a javi next week at muliemikes, i may have to come get one.....i will hunt this time.

Foxtrot and his group is out. There are 4 spots open. As of right now we have only recieved the deposit from Bob. If you want to hunt on this one please chime in. I will give the others a little more time for deposits, if not like the hog hunt, we will look for replacements. Thanks
