I think it will be a good one...was a headache hauling it in the truck though..
I'm afraid I'm not very mechanically inclined so I had it built.

I'm sorry Payne, do you mean is it on my lease? Yep the one shot is looking out over a (hopefully soon to be planted) food plot.

Aha! You didn't fail as much as you thought you did...I just forgot about the show
Me being forgetful of everything that isn't attached to me of course I do have a list and it was on it - wife jokes me about having a "to do" list each weekend I go out to the lease...
So of course I'm thinking - "How the hell does he know about my list and what's on it?..."

What are you planting in your food plot? What county is your setup in?

Looks great, I see you had some help. I just put one up today also. Man I could have used some guy help. Having your wife and 2 young boys help is well lets just say entertaining. Mine is on a 10 foot tower. I will post some pics later.

Will do. If I can get the landowner to plant soon - hopefully that plot will look like this this year. Last year it came up too late, wasn't enough rain. That isn't going to be a problem this year...we've been getting too much rain lately.
I keep 2 hanging feeders in the tree on the right. One with corn and the other with a soy\protein mix.

Last year was my first year to have the place. I had alot of nice nocturnal bucks but not much during the day. My son took a fork horn as his first deer and I took a spike - this was all before Thanksgiving. It didn't get much pressure after that as I hurt myself the first week of December and couldn't hunt the rest of the season. The landowener hunted one weekend and took a bobcat (got another on camera this week).
So far this year I've had some doe, young bucks, pigs, bobcat, turkey, coons, and a yote on the cameras. Not as many deer as last so far but I only put corn out on Labor day. I had let it go dry hoping the hogs would give up and move on. Most did. I seem to only have 3 there now so plan to harrass them this weekend, and maybe get a shot at that bobcat if I'm lucky.
