Well snuck out again this morning and try my luck after a successful first day Friday morning. Wind was blowing about 5 to 10 straight out of the North. Only way to set up on this pasture was, I know, all wrong, but I had to set the call due South of me and give it a try. Set the Foxpro 416B about fifty yard out in the pasture, Hay was uncut so had to raise my Turkey feather decoy up as far as I could, had good movement from the breeze. Started out with "spring hare" and let it go. Called for about 10 minutes with nothing showing. Stopped call for about 5 minutes and then tried "luck bird". About three minutes into it here comes a yote in from the West bouncing in the tall grass. Let him get to about fifty yards from the decoy and stopped him with the squeaker ball on my forearm. All I could see of him was his head, so I steadied myself on my shooting sticks and aimed for his head and let one fly. He disappeared out of sight and I never saw him run so figured I may have got him. Kept calling for another 15 minutes and nothing else came in. Th suspense was killing me amd I had to know so I went looking for him. Found him right where I shot kim,DRT. Must have shot him right in the left ear as there was no entry wound and the right top half of his head was gone. Laser the shot at 108 yards. Another young dumb male, but hey it's still another yote down. Makes three in three days with the two I shot Friday morning.

wild_deer_hunter,
That is McNet camo wrap. Bought it off e-bay for around $9:00 a roll. Bought two rolls and camoed both mine and my sons AR and still have about a half a roll left. It's not like duct tape as it can be easily removed with very little to no cleaning required. It has a cloth type base and adds an extra texture and give a good grip to the rifle.
