Very simple....Large drops of rain from a nearby storm. The cameras exposure is a little slow so it captures it as a streak.

I am going to say it's the reflection off that coons eye in your camera on the 1st 2 pic's. Notice the 3rd pic the coon isn't looking at the camera and the reflection isn't there.
