The lease is 6000 acres with 8 members. The price is $2300 with 1 guest. It is a year around lease with no deer hunting. We can Quail,Duck, Turkey, and Varmit hunt. At this point there is no hogs on the lease. (give them time) The camp area has water and electricity. It is 60% Blues and 40%Bobs. The Dove hunting was really good last year. I will be showing the property later this month. PM for phone number and we can talk birds.
