Joshua...first time there...2-week turn-around...you get your own deer and the price is very reasonable. Will use them again.

C&C Processing; Elkhart, Texas- outstanding link
Westphalia Meat Market; Westphalia, Texas - used this place 10 years ago and it was great... have uncles still using them. Both I highly recommend

Used TEELS CUSTOM MEATS in Weatherford and so far it was great!! Got plenty of meat for just an 70 lb doe. Breakfast sausage is great and guys there are just as friendly as can be. Price is pretty good too. He is located on 51 as you leave downtown Weatherford.

Completely agree! We used to have a place there, but lost the lease. However I always like to take some meat up there anyways!

I hate to knock a place but the last 2 deer I took to Kubys were shot with a bow...I bit into 2 bullets in 2 different packages of chili meat from there and haven't been back.

I have used Bayco in Seymour several times and in my opinion their summer sausage can't be beat!

I took an elk to Kuby's last year and I felt like my sausage were pretty heaving on the pork -- I think they sold me too much sausage and just filled it up with pork, but who's to know - and it was probably my fault too because it was my first animal and I had no idea how much to order. I just kept saying some of this, some of that, etc.
Took a 1.5 yr old doe there this year just for processing and no sausage -- pretty sure it's my deer because it's by far the best deer I've ever had (this was my first deer - i've eaten a lot of other people's deer though). So good, it's made me want to harvest a young doe every year. But given the price, to be honest, I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

Cernoch's in Rosenberg (281.341.9571). Liked Midaway's in Katy but this place really impressed me.

The place is very clean and lot's to choose from for your processing needs... Their casing is outstanding on the link sausage and the pan sausage is top notch. The product comes cleaned and well wrapped for storage. Right near hwy59 not far from hwy36.

I like the product, hands down, I'm sure "the guy" was having a bad day. I just hated being looked at like a piece of garbage when I am paying a premium price to get my deer processed!
