I use Leggs Old Plantation seasoning and it is as good as it gets. I buy mine at the Taylor meat company. I think you can find it on line.

Thanks Lora for the new location. 
I need to restock and wondered where they went to.
I thought my spelling was off  RCI, and I went dugout some of there spices that show a phone number.

Gorman's Meat Market in Terrell. They have seasonings for 40+ sausages and jerky. I have used theirs for 40yrs. 9 generations of butcher who know what they are doing with tried and true recipes.
