Hunting Lease East Texas

The hunting lease that I have been a member of for 15 years is looking for new members. The lease is between Houston and Beaumont. We have always had a descent harvest. This year my son took an 8 point with a 16" spread and a 6 point with about a 13" spread. How large is the lease, how many people, and how much a gun. Thank you for providing us this information. East Texas it is hard to find available leases. Thanks

I'm not sure how many members there are now but I believe the lease is about 75000 acres, the lease is $700 for the whole family the first year and it drops to $650 after that.

do you know how many openings there will be.what is the limit on deer on this lease.and how far is it from mesquite,tx.and is there any restrictions.

There is a decent population, We can limit out each year if we choose to. They are trying to start managing for bigger deer, which is good because most of the deer killed there are 1 or 2 years old. Each membership can take 2 bucks and 2 does, unlimited hogs and varmits. We have alot of bobcats and yotes.

The lease posted here takes new members every year.I worked with a man who was a menber on their board for a few years and he was always tring to talk me into joining up.It is a very large operation and I'm not into that but for those who are they were taking some nice deer.
