Brown County Lease Available 134 acres great cover, near May Texas

Great hunting place for deer, hogs and turkey. Very heavy cover for this part of Texas and lots of signs of game. No cattle to deal with. Very Remote. Crazyhorse came out for a one day hunt last year. Could easily hunt 3 to 4 hunters. WOuld even be a great bow hunt. I will link the thread. There are some great places for food plots very sandy loam, you could plant with a rake and atv - no buying $10/bag corn. $3000

This place has a lot of potential for 3 or 4 hunters.
4 hunters would be the maximum on this place, and while I did not see anything to shoot at, from what I saw in walking the place out, with a little effort, the place will draw in a lot of deer.
It will require some work, because it is somewhat overgrown in some areas, and getting around the place is going to be a little bit of an issue due to all the sand.
There is a pipeline right of way that cuts across the property and a pasture road that goes thru it.
I really believe that 3 or 4 individuals that are interested and willing to work at it would have a really good lease at a decent price. JMO.

will this be a multi year or year by year? I know u had it for sale as well but if ur not going to sell then i would love to lease it my uncle is looking for something in that area. It was a beutiful place according to the pics.

I can only commit to one year at this point. It is $3000 for the lease and would like to limit it to 3-4 guys. I don't think this place has been hunted in the last 10 years and I am unaware of any neighbors hunting the surrounding 1500 to 2000 acres.
