Lubbock prairie dog hunting

I'm a student at tech and was wondering if anyone knew of a place where me and a couple national guard buddies can go shoot some prairie dogs... any location or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Right there on campus is great hunting for pd's and beavers!

Go by the Academy store there in Lubbock and see Dwain Hicks. He's a ProStaffer too and manager of the hunting/fishing department, and does quite a bit of predator hunting around the area. He may can direct you to some spots.
And tell him I said hello!

I doubt Dwain will be much help I have never known him to hunt anything besides turkey and quail. You will have better luck driving out towards Plains and Tokyo till you find a town then ask the owner if you can shoot there.
