Smart Exotic Ranch

Does anyone know anything about this ranch and it's owner. He goes by Montana Dave on some of the other forums. I have had conflicting reports abut the ranch and was wondering if is worth hunting.

Dave use to come on here a bit. I have never hunted his ranch, but I believe txbowhunter1, may have hunted it. Dave seems like a good guy
