Serbian Tricolor Hound

The Serbian Tricolour Hound is a very rare dog breed from Serbia. Black and tan with a white front (the white distinguishes him from the Serbian Mountain Hound, a similar breed), he stands 18 to 22 inches (46-56 cm) high and weighs 44 to 55 pounds (20 to 25 kg). Used to hunt fox, hare and other small game, occasionally hunting larger animals such as deer or even wild boar, the Serbian Tricolour is affectionate, gentle and a devoted hunter.
The breed was formerly known as the Yugoslavian Tricolour Hound; the name was changed by the FCI in 1996.

Nice looking hound... also a nice cut & paste job from Wikipedia on the description. What do you hunt with him?? (besides vodka) just joking, of course!

I asking because most of us on this gundog forum hunt with this dogs and I was interested. I don't view the links Stankosi give to me with dog. Nice pig, you eat?

I never new Beagles could be used to hunt pigs. Cool dog!

Beagle is a good dog, but Serbian Tricolor Hound, bigger, stronger and aggressive dog, and it's better for hunting dog in pigs.Serbian Tricolor Hound excellent work and I do not need a group of several dogs.
