Bow hand swap

Hey guys got a question.I love to bow hunt as most of you do,but last year I hurt my right shoulder at work and was unable to hunt and could not draw my bow back.I am left handed but shoot a bow right handed,am right eyed dominant but i shoot pistol left handed using my left eye.I was wondering if it is possible or would any of you,if in the same situation would try shooting left handed I can pull a left handed bow back just feels okward.I bought a left handed Hoyt but have not had a chance to shoot it.Second hand bow looks brand new for 300 brand new around 600 I think maybe more.Need help I love to bow hunt and dont want to give it up.What would you do.SERIOUSLY.

Or go with the Concept Archery Bow. It is 99% let-off.

Re: Bow hand swap

I had a buddy of mine that messd his shoulder up a few years back and was faced with the same problem. He switched to a left handed bow and ,like you, was right eye dominant. He used a patch to cover his right eye when going for the shot. Took him a little while but he got used to it and was shooting just as good left handed as he had been right handed.Biggest adjustment ,for him, was the decrease in poundage. Kind of a shot to his ego, no big deal.Good Luck
