I would like to start a list of "Good Guy Reports" so that folks who you have worked with either as a Seller or as a Buyer can be recognized positively by the other party in the transaction for taking care of their end of the deal as you would yourself. The Golden Rule of "treat other people as you want to be treated yourself" is where I am coming from.
