I always bring one of the big water containers, probably 2 gallon, then ones that are like rectangular shape with a handle in the middle and water valve on one end. This is plenty of water for many hunts, you can set it on a tail gate and open the valve just a little so you get a constant flow of water at the desired level to clean your birds/hands.
