First of all, let me admit that I haven't been a good poster lately. Between riding herd over a new website, changing from PC to Mac systems, doing some training and travel, and a massive storm that left my home with lots of damage, needless to say I've been busy.
However, I have managed to get out and shoot a few photos.
Here is a nice young buck I photographed yesterday. He ought to be a dandy if he makes it another two or three years.
Thanks,
Russell

Nice Pics, sorry to here about your house tho. It just so happened that our youth group was taking a trip to Colorado and we drove through childress about 10 minutes after that storm had passed and we saw all the hail and damage that had been left around town

Russ, Thanks for the pictures. I had not seen any picture from my brother there in Childress. He has been to busy cleaning up to take pictures. He lives right east of the Hospital on Bella Vista. It took out all his windows on the East Side of house and hail was a foot deep in bedrooms. Damaged the roof. Took down the fences, pillars and mowed down the garden. Took down or damaged 2 trees and they had no power for 26 hours. Scared them to death. They have an above ground metal tornado proof shelter and it was deafening inside but they were safe!
Great web site and pictures.

Yep, those guys over by the hospital got really hammered.
I have a place just north of town that used to have waist high grass. Right after the storm, it looks as if it were shredded.
