Dog Food - VF (Veterinary Formulated)
      #507710 - 09/04/08 08:48 PM

Due to frequent runny stool I am going switch foods for my dog. I have a friend who owns a feed store and he recommended VF Active Adult formula. Has anyone tried this?

It has no corn, no, bone meal etc, mainly high quality chicken meal.

26% protein
15% Fat
3.5% Fiber
.7% Omega 3 Fatty Acids
3.5 % Omega 6
Glucosamine and Chondroitin

It is a good line of food.....it is the Vet line of the Arkat food company. I have not used the active adult but I do use the Turkey and Rice formula made by Arkat the VF complete line. It really boils down to what works for your dog and what the source of the runny stool is.
