I was wondering, how many of you guys are like me and what do you do? My hunting property is 3 1/2 hour drive. When I go there, with the price of fuel food ect, I need to be hunting. I don't have the luxury of spending a week there in early fall to scout. (these writers don't have jobs that require them to be there). Any way, I have stands set up in good locations, but scouting time for Mr.Big really isn't possible. I do have topo maps, and know where food sources and water are. So what do you guys do? Do you do pot luck like me, or do you make the drive? Larry Post Extras
