I said it already...LeClerc is hurting us more than injury. He needs to be put in a 6-8 inning spot reliever role facing a minimum number of batters when the situation deems necessary.

I have a firestick and service through Nortex. I get all the games for all the Dallas teams and I do not pay extra for Bally's ... although it's on my plan.

Jack Leiter making his MLB debut today at 12:10 in Detroit. Homegrown pitching has been abysmal for the Rangers, so would be great if he has success. I'm going to try to have that game on in the background.

I got to see a good bit of the game. That was a pretty brutal outing. 7 ER in 3.2. innings. Although, he had 2 outs and 2 strikes and was almost able to get out of the 4th inning, but he didn't.

He had moments. I think he is going to be good. Im sure he was amped up and nervous. Taveras didn't help him any.

Taveras completely misplayed that ball thinking he was closer to the wall.

In his postgame interview, Leiter didn't indicate that he was nervous. Said he just missed on his pitches. I also think he will be good. This will be a great learning opportunity for him and I hope he's able to keep the team in games long enough so that he continues to get MLB development on a team that is expecting to contend.

Seattle up 4-0 in 5th, Dunning has given up 2, 2R HRs, one to Raleigh and one to Rodriguez. Gilbert has shut TX down pretty good so far.

Rangers go down 4-0 with 3 hits all night, 2 by N. Lowe so that is at least a highlight.

Rangers up 2-1 in middle of 4th after back to back solo shots in 3rd by Adolis and Carter, first back to back HRs for Rangers this year. Thank goodness Adolis is carrying the team so far hitting .318 with 7 HRs and 23 RBI.
