With leaders a game > .500, no one is lighting it up in this division. This one will likely be decided in mid to late Sept. All of these teams have enough questions, concerns around timely and consistent hitting and getting good starting and relief pitching throughout season.

Leading the league in hits but dead in the middle of the pack in runs scored. With the Astros starting pitching staff in shambles and bullpen depth thin this year, the Astros need to win with offense till they get healthy. I hope Espada proves me wrong but he appears to be in over his head so far. At any rate he is not getting close to league average run production for the numbers of Astros hitters reaching base.

I went to a day game last year, the first game I went to in 15+ years, he gave up 10 runs in 2.1 innings. They lost 17-1 against the Red Sox.
