My brother has a Winchester Model 70 XTR 30-06 and he was looking to add a recoil pad to help with the kick. I have looked high and low for a specific model for a Winchester Model 70 XTR recoil pad but have had zero luck.

We went to Cabelas the other day and bought a Limbsaver for a Model 70 featherweight but it is just a little long and does not fit flush.

Does anyone know of any good recoil pads that will fit or should he just stick with the limbsaver?

I suggest you call Limbsaver at 1-877-257-2761. They have great customer service, maybe they can help.
