I have now scheduled the UFTA Event for North Texas. The Event will be held on November 15th and 16th in Ana Texas.

There will be prize money paid out for overall winners each day.
$500 1st
$250 2nd
$100 3rd

Pointing only or Pointing and Flushing dog events?

Field size 7-12 acres
One dog/handler in the field at a time.
Dog must find, point, and retrieve 3 birds. Fastest time wins. 15 min maximum time. No points are given. If your dog point, you shot the bird, and the dog retrieves to hand it counts. NO JUDGING.

If you get a safety, it counts as a retrieve. (If you call a safety and the birds goes out of the field the clock continues to run until the dog comes back to you with or without the bird). Missed shots add time and you get a maximum of 6 shells.

3 min runs usually win. Average Time 8 min.

It is a blast. (Very similar to the BDC Bird Dog Championship)

All events pay money.
