2 cups of flour, tablespoon of: sea salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and blackening seasoning. Combine.
Put combo in a bowl, add a 1/4 cup of water, begin whisking, then add club soda. Whisk together until batter is like pancake batter consistancy. You should be able to dip your finger into it, the batter to hand to your finger and not run off.
Fry.
