my uncle and a couple other guys on the lease with tractors used to mow the roads if they would keep the roads nice. not anymore they've run a dozer or a skidder down every one of em and got the roads all rolled up on the side to where they would tear up the brush hog. so every one of the guys with tractors refuses to drop a blade on it. they used to buy us peas in the spring and i think they may have even supplied the oats in the fall. but like you said those days are long gone.

we have this bottom of a couple hundred acres my uncle and his buddy have all to them selves. two weeks before the season started they came in there and cut. they only took loads of tops out of there and left everything else pilled it up in front of feeders and ran the skidder right threw both there food plots.

thats about how things go.... speaking of such. Those idiots ever get finished burying that waterline down the side of the road... I swear they have been working on it for the better part of 4 months.

what is really bad, is when your hunting buddies keep emailing you pics of the stuff they are doing to your stand area..... and call laughing about it. Very glad our lease has a ton of guest stands because even though I could see a good ways, I might have seen 4 deer out of the stand.

front view (and basically the side views).....

back view.....(don't let the monster pines fool ya..they're a little more than knee high)
