Howdy,
I have got two red deer hinds available for a meat hunt in Goldthwaite. These deer have been on native and improved grasses, and alfalfa based pellet so the meat will be excellent. Reply if you're interested!

You can hunt a 600lb steer for around the same price at todays market. Same challenge.

I would imagine this deer weighs 280, with what I have seen you will net 120-130 lbs. of meat once processed. Red deer meat is also very tender and not gamy.
