Offering record class Afghan Ural sheep at an reasonable price of $4650 including one day guide fee . Ranch is just outside of Kerrville Tx. Ranch is approximately 1400ac can blind hunt or spot and stalk set up for a bow hunter as well . PM for details and pictures. In good Hunting Buck Watson

I am not sure what the original poster will tell you, but a huge pure Afghan urial sheep is in the low 30's not 40+. A huge Transcaspian will go over 40 but not a real Afghan.

You are correct sir I have rams that will go 30+ but an Afghan at 40+ would be a freak.

That explains why the Transcaspians are so much more $...They are all beautiful. I read this site daily, from Oregon, can't wait to get down there!

To my knowledge there are no true afghan Urials in Tx. All I have seen have a saddle patch which would hint at a urial/mouflon or urial/red sheep cross.

debate has already been had on here a time or two. Highly doubtful there are any pure afghans in the US, but that could be argued.
