The amount you get out of a big bull is probably 180ish pounds of meat. However if you do ground and sausage out of some you can hit the 200 mark easy. Out of a cow you are probably looking at half so 90 pounds about.
How the heck are you processing these things?!?!?!?! My cow probably got us 90lb and it was SMALL. My uncles got them at least 130lb. Do y'all just quarter, and backstraps?
