What does the client do about lunch and dinner? Facilities to cook? Acreage? Price?

Are the other animals on that ranch or a different one?

We have a beautiful modern 3bdrm/2 bath lodge with full kitchen all leather furniture and Directv overlooking a breathtaking canyon. We will provide lunch and dinner upon request. Our primary Ranch is over 60,000 acres we also have a satellite ranch that is about 55,000 acres. There is no other exotic game on the ranch except an occasional herd of elk, otherwise just some monster muleys and pronghorn. We Usually sell this hunt for $3495 will all meals and refreshments included however we have had extra spots open up and this hunt will go for $2995 with all meals included and $2795 without meals( However I We always have a hot breakfast ready at No charge)

We also Have a more econmical hunt with a rustic(real old but comfy) ranch house lodge that is located in North Val Verde County Which has some outstanding sheep and lots of them that flock to the 5000 acre property that has over 20 yr round protien feeders. This hunt is Identical to the Chinati MTN hunt except is not west of the pecos river and there is alot more juniper. Historically though the family's average ram is 31-33". This hunt is $2495 without meals and $2695 with meals. Both are incredablie high sucess hunts. Our exotic Ranch is Located outside Rockspring where we have a beautiful New Lodge and over 20 species of mature exotics.
