Thats's pretty much based on opinion. I can call in a gobbler, at times, with a $3 call just as well as I can with a $10 one. I personally like Primos Diamond series and the Primos Piggyback True Triple. As for Woodhaven, I use the Sadler McGraw. You can get nice high pitch yelps and raspy yelps with it. Some of the HS Strut and Knight & Hale calls are okay. There are tons of custom calls out there that sound good. You just have to find a few that's comfortable to you and that you have confidence in.

I like Woodhaven Calls. I can not use all of them, but they are the most consistant from call to call when you find the one that works best for your calling style.

Been using Quakerboy diaphrams for a long time. Have tried others, but the ones I bought years ago still work as if they were new. Actually bought some on clearance for $3/ ea.

Greetin's ... Been using Primos triple reed for several years.. The center dome fits perfect every sequence.. I think the biggest key is to keep your calls in the ' fridg !!

I have been using the primo piggy back, but I am also going to try the Woodhaven "wasp." I am a big fan of slate calls so I think I am going to invest in one of the Cody slate calls as well.
