225 lb boar shot with AR pistol

I got this one last night, he measured 42.5" so he should be about 225lbs. He was shot with my 458 Socom Pistol with a 300 gr TTSX bullet. He was DRT.I recovered the bullet today. 18" pen.

Wow didnt figure the Barnes would expand at Socom velocity

The Barnes 300 gr TTSX was designed for the 458 Socom. It will expand down to 1000 fps. My velocity out of my 12.5 " barrel is right at 1600 fps. They come out looking like that every time.
