Why do people take photos of birds upside down? I think seeing their full color is the best. So why take photos that look bad. Are hunters that bad at taking photos.

I see a lot of tail gate pictures and pictures of birds hanging from the neck...

When you say upside down do you mean holding them by their feet?? Cant say that I see many pictures like that...

I think he means on the tailgate laying on their backs, belly up. No dorsal feathers showing.

She had it coming... eating all the corn, nagging all the time, always trying to land on the pond first

TPWD is proposing catch and release to address that very issue. Hunters posting photos of their truck tailgate loaded with improperly posed birds in unfair and discriminates against hunters who leave their hunts empty handed and never get an opportunity to kill ducks and pose them properly for their photographic pleasure.

What's reaaly pisses me off though is folks posting photos of dead ducks. No one wants to see a duck having a crappy day. I want to see happy ducks, not murdered ducks.

Hunters should be ashamed of themselves. And be more sensitive to other peoples needs.

The "happy duck" is the one that takes flight after shot #3.

Correct pics belly up on tailgates or where. Why? Why not back up showing color not white bellies. I have no idea what the hell aerengis is even talking about.

There's a difference between a being troll and a having a momentary flabbergastation attack.

I lay them like that so any blood drains away from the breast, I rarely take pictures unless the daughter is with me

They stack easyer on their back. If you had a race on who can wack and stack the fastest, the back stackers would win.

When you die, they lay you on your back.

They show up better in a picture if they are belly up.

what does it matter how people stack THEIR birds? line yours up the way you want to and let others do what they want to do.

Honestly I thought it was to make it make it easier to identify the birds.

There may be a correlation between the the OP desire to see ducks posed in a mannr that's more artistic and creative. and ultimately, allowing his needs to be satisfied. If it satisfies his needs, that really all that matters. And who knows, it could stimulate growth in the activity.

The adult video entertainment industry really upped the ante when they began using HiDef and 4k videography. In just a few years time, they raised the bar from grainy, low frame rate video to 4k HS video. Growing up watching high quality porngraphy, I can see how poorly posed ducks in hunt pics would leave the man unfullied.

The LGBT movement opened a lot of doors, apparently, for closet duckhunter fetishists as well, as we're now seeing. And doors being opened for businesses catering to snowflake duckhunters can't be all bad.

That's got to be the strangest, yet funniest, thing I've heard in a while.

X2 made me giggle. Don't hang in the migratory section much, but that comment was worth the trip today.

Belly up is a millennial and new guy thing. I don't get it either. Probably they do it to try and hide how many Jacks and fat Nancys they shot
