Canada Laws may change up a bit...

This sounds like a good deal to me. The law regarding possession limits is one of my favorites out of the whole shibang. Just have to hope people are still ethical about it. Its a good read on what the neighbors of the North are doing and some of it is a hopeful wish in the Federal wishing well of the US of A!
