with salmonela and avian bird flu.. how done do you cook your wild birds and have you ever heard of someone getting sick from wild birds

Overcooked duck is terrible. It is the main reason people "dont like duck." Med to Me Rare is the only way to fly.

hey i agree med rare but my hunting partner made the comment on cooking well done and he has been hunting ducks forever so... nogeese get under the bus..roadgoeson20 and treebass y'all are invited to dinner.. hope ya like duck sushi

I bacon wrap em and put them on a pan and then on the grill, then take them off when the bacon is done.
